What products can I return?

All products sold on can be returned for free! Only custom, made to order products and imported on-order products cannot be returned.

How long do I have to return my product?

You can return your product within 3 days after delivery.

No shipping charges will apply.

Conditions for a return

Condition A

  • If the product is not as you expected/not as advertised, or
  • If you don’t want the product anymore

The product must be returned unused, in original packaging and with all seals & tags intact.

Condition B

  • If the product is damaged, defective or counterfeit, or
  • If your fashion product is the wrong size

The product must be returned in its original packaging. All accessories, tags and free gifts must also be returned.

How long will it take to receive my replacement?

It will take between 5 and 13 days to send you the replacement depending on your product and location.

How am I informed about the expected delivery of my order?

  • When the order is shipped, you will receive an email  with a confirmation call and a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

At the time your order is confirmed, you will be communicated an estimated delivery time for your items.

Note: If your order has multiple items, you might receive the items in separate packages.


Orders can only be delivered to a private address (e.g. home or work address). Kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants. If the payment is made with a debit card or cheque, the person receiving the order at the delivery address needs to show his or her CNIC to our Delivery Agent.
